Last updated: August 11, 2025

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the event management platform available at https://ticketly.pk (the “Service”), operated by Card Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all event organizers and users who access or use the Service to create, publish, or manage events.

By accessing or using the Service, organizers agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part of the Terms is not accepted, access to the Service must be discontinued.

Our Role in Events

Ticketly serves as a technology provider that enables event organizers to publish and manage their events. All content, policies, logistics, and attendee communication are the sole responsibility of the organizer. We are not liable for changes or cancellations to events, the accuracy of information presented by organizers, or the conduct of third parties associated with any event. In case of any issues related to an event, the respective organizer must be contacted directly.

Content Provided by Organizers

The Service enables organizers to upload and manage various forms of content, including event titles, descriptions, graphics, multimedia files, and promotional materials. By submitting content through the platform, organizers confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to use and publish that content, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Organizers grant Ticketly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the submitted content for purposes related to the functioning and promotion of the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards

External Links and Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools. These are provided solely for convenience. Ticketly does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party websites or tools. Use of third-party platforms is at the organizer’s own risk, and any disputes must be resolved with the third party directly.

Responsible Use of the Service

Organizers are expected to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards. The Service must not be used to spread harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; introduce malicious software; exploit system vulnerabilities; or misrepresent event details.

Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension of access or permanent account termination without notice.

Consent for Data Import

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms and conditions to share and send these emails. Violation of this policy can result in suspension of your account.

Copyright, Trademarks, and other Intellectual Property

The design, code, structure, and branding of the Ticketly platform, including but not limited to logos, layouts, and system components, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, modified, distributed, or republished without our prior written consent.

Organizers retain ownership of the original content they submit but may not use the Ticketly brand or likeness in a misleading or unauthorized way.

Copyright Infringement

If any content hosted on the platform is believed to infringe upon copyright, a formal notice may be sent to hello@ticketly.pk. The notice should clearly describe the copyrighted material, provide the URL of the allegedly infringing content, and include the complainant’s full contact details along with a signed statement affirming ownership. We review all copyright complaints in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws and will act promptly where required.

Feedback and Submissions

Ticketly welcomes feedback, ideas, or suggestions related to the Service. Any submissions received are treated as non-confidential, and by submitting them, the organizer agrees that we may use or implement such feedback without compensation or acknowledgment. We may modify, adapt, or commercialize submissions at our sole discretion.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet all expectations, function without interruption, or be error-free. Ticketly disclaims all warranties, including those related to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any advice or information obtained through the Service does not create any additional warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages

Indemnification

Organizers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ticketly, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Local Laws and Restrictions

The Service is operated from Pakistan and intended for use in compliance with local laws and regulations. Organizers are responsible for ensuring that their events and activities conform to all applicable legal, tax, and regulatory standards. We may restrict access to certain features or services where required by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
