Delete your Ticketly account
Deleting your account removes your personal details from Ticketly. You can't undo it, and you'll need a new account to buy tickets again.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your profile: name, email address and phone number
- Sign-in access through Google, Apple or phone
- Saved details from past event registrations
- Upcoming tickets that haven't been used yet
Kept
- Payment and invoice records
- Records needed for tax, refunds or fraud checks
Pakistani tax and payment rules require these. They're no longer linked to your profile, and are erased once the legal period ends.

Send your request
Use the email or phone number you sign in to Ticketly with.

Confirm it's you
We reply from team@ticketly.pk to check the account belongs to you.

Account deleted
We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Organizer accounts with active events or pending payouts are closed after those are settled. Read more in our privacy policy.
